KANA, is established in the Basque Country, between the sea and the mountains by Iñaki Martinez Peñalba and Javier Uriarte.

KANA in Basque, refers to a measurement unit of length which subtly varies according to the place in the territory in which you find yourself. Ultimately, a unit suited for each place and particularity.

Kana-erdi: are the 54 inches of circumference used since ancient times to measure the girth of the wooden trunks for the woodchopping competitions between the Aizkolaris in the Basque Country.
